 I’m sorry to have taken so long to answer your email of July 7, but I have just been too busy to keep up. Sad to say my situation remains overworked, so even though this is a topic of great interest to me, I shall have to pass on commenting on the target article, although you might inform members of the forum that I have just recently published an update of my state-specific sciences article that is highly relevant to this topic.
