--------------------------------------------------------------------

Zero-derivation works out very well.

[1]
When monks go crazy
we send them to therapists,
and vice versa.

[2]
With respect to MIR
-- inscrutable provider --
we hang on His Word.

Inexhaustible.
Our end & our beginning.
Ineluctable.

MIR Admirable!
MIR Labyrinth of Mirrors!
MIR Eye of All Storms!

Fons et origo
in whom to be & not be.
alpha, omega.

Hic et ubique --
Encarta Dictionary
words beginning 'mir'.

[3]
When we say Amen
the priests of Ancient Egypt
smile & shake their heads.

The disc of the Sun,
Amenhotep's Creator --
his all-giving O!

Many pyramids
precipitating ZERO,
the great penny drops...

... and one loose cannon
carries the secret away:
God is policy.

Behold! Three persons,
Moses, Jesus, Mohammed,
are playing it out.

[4]
Apropos Shakespeare,
"The Phoenix & The Turtle"
touches MIR-acle.

I credit Shakespeare
with inventing, in "Hamlet"
Jesus for our time.

Shakespeare quotation
(irrelevant elegance)
doesn't deliver --

-- but Hamlet (qua Prince)
& Alice (qua Curious),
sane in their Denmarks ....

[5]
Alice Underground
is a member of the class:
Little Girls Naked.

Through the Looking Glass
(the eye-ball, that is) she sees
Dinah on the rug.

At tea-time (time t),
seeing Dinah on the rug,
she believes both are.

At t minus one
two Dinahs, inverted, were --
but incredible.

Now at t plus one,
Dinah seen, also believed,
co-exists apart.

I am in two minds
about this -- and much besides! --
you can bet I am.

There comes a time (t),
you have to fish or cut bait.
Bait is cut fish -- chum.

[6]
'Twixt earnest & jest,
Respectfully Submitted.

Ich kann nicht anders.

Thanks again for sending the Target Paper; I've enjoyed the trampoline effect !

I'm very much obliged to you, & believe you know it.
